Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Assembler I in El Paso, TX to assemble and wire subassemblies and components for electrical control equipment. The role requires lifting up to 35 lbs, following precise instructions, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year in manufacturing are required. A forklift certification is a plus; relocation is not offered and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates must reside within 50-mile radius of Eaton El Paso, TX facility.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• One year of previous manufacturing experience or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly or wiring for subassemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment.
• Verify electrical/mechanical integrity using power-checking procedures and equipment.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting and testing finished products for conformance with specifications.
