Job summary

Stryker is seeking an assembler to contribute to the completion of a variety of products on multiple product lines. Under general supervision, you will assemble electrical and mechanical components, follow process work instructions and test procedures, and verify quality.

You will ensure proper set-ups, records, and readiness for shipment while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives. The role operates Monday through Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm with overtime as needed, offering $20.25

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components and subassemblies per instructions and blueprints.
• Process tasks: prepare, clean, install, assemble, rework, verify, test, or inspect parts.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards and document test results and records.
• Meet production build rates, schedules, and cycle times.
• Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other devices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts, support safety programs.
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure proper set-ups and housekeeping of the work area.
