Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a manufacturing assembler to join our Irvine facility. The role involves assembling components and sub-assemblies for medical devices, preparing materials, and following detailed work instructions to ensure quality and traceability.

You will monitor production for schedule adherence, record process data, and use a range of tools to complete tasks. The position requires compliance with safety and quality standards and may require overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform manual assembly and follow work instructions.
• Good documentation and quality compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per instructions.
• Prepare and process medical components for product lines.
• Document and monitor quality and process data to meet requirements.
• Maintain build rates, schedules, and cycle times.
• Interface with manufacturing systems as needed.
• Uses tools including hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring/cutting devices.
• Responsible for work preparation, cleanup, and quality assurance of own work and area.
• Meets work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
