Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Marion, Ohio is seeking an Assembler for Afternoon and Night Shifts to build and package components across dryer production lines. You will follow blueprints, operate hand and power tools, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include assembling parts, loading machines, performing final packing, and assisting with repairs where needed. Starting wages are $20.85/hr with premiums up to $26.47/hr, plus shift differentials and

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of consistent work history; 18+; pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products per blueprints using hand/power tools.
Operate, load and unload production machines including mounting and specialized equipment.
Perform electrical repair, salvage and wiring assembly to ensure product functionality.
Conduct final packing, finishing, and quality checks on products.
Monitor equipment and finished products for quality and troubleshoot issues.
