Job summary

Meissner Filtration Products in Camarillo, CA is hiring for an on-site manufacturing role. You will learn to assemble, inspect, and package single-use systems and microfiltration products in a controlled cleanroom environment. Training is provided; reading SOPs and following precise instructions is essential.

Strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required. Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is not required; cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture basic assemblies and visually inspect according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Read and understand SOPs to perform manufacturing operations.
• Learn basic assembly and cleanroom skills under direct guidance.
• Maintain production pace to meet schedule with accuracy.
• Visually inspect and package finished products per specifications.
• Report defects or issues with components or assemblies.
• Adjust machine settings per SOPs and clean equipment as needed.
• Observe automated machinery and report irregularities to supervisor.
• Interface with software for production tracking and batch records.
• Follow safety, SOP, and quality standards in every task.
