Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Assembler I to join our team in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work on QP line(s) and Kitting functions, building products for shipment, and supporting multiple workstations as needed. Follow work instructions, use jigs and fixtures, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

You will participate in 5S practices, train others when needed, and help ensure production goals are met while adhering to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in process assembly in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow work instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Kitting products on non-automated and automated equipment.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and label boxes for palletization.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and report material shortages promptly.
• Assist diverse workstations as production needs shift.
