Assembler I (1st shift) - 90 Day Increase Eligible

Position Overview

Perform assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies, primarily focusing on mechanical tasks, in accordance with TTM standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment through regular maintenance tasks.
  • Operate test equipment for product pass/fail testing.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors via meetings, email, logs, and verbal communication.
  • Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow verbal and written work instructions accurately.
  • Use measuring tools and suggest process improvements.
  • Report issues, defective materials, or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Provide quality and timely service to internal customers, taking ownership of issues.
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Perform routine mechanical assembly using fixtures, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Proficient with hand tools and basic mechanical skills.
  • Ability to interpret assembly instructions and drawings.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Limited soldering skills may be required.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience.
