Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parker HVAC Filtration Division is seeking an Assembler (Sewing) to join our manufacturing team. You will sew fabric and materials to pattern specs, operate sewing equipment, and ensure workmanship meets quality standards while supporting production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Remove cut patterns from cart and stack on sewing table.
  • Assemble patterns and sew pockets as required.
  • Turn bag right side out and inspect for defects.
  • Place on conveyor for wire assembly if required.
  • Sew in stays, inspect for defects, package into box.
  • Keep records of quantities and time as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Assembler (Sewing) is responsible for assembling products by sewing fabric and other materials according to specified patterns and quality standards. This role involves operating sewing machines and related equipment to construct, repair, or alter products, ensuring accuracy, durability, and adherence to production schedules. The assembler must maintain high-quality workmanship, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
