Job summary

ROW, Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to perform routine assembly tasks in support of production operations. This role follows established work instructions and requires close supervision to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will perform basic assembly operations, use hand tools, maintain a clean work area, and document production activities while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Inspect completed work for basic quality standards
• Accurately complete required production and quality documentation
• Report issues or deviations to a supervisor promptly

Additional Duties

• Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
