Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Stillwater, MN, is seeking a Hand Soldering Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will perform precise hand soldering under a microscope, assembling surface-mount and through-hole components with attention to detail.

You will follow detailed drawings, support rework and touch-up tasks, maintain an ESD-safe workspace, and collaborate with quality and assembly teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Solder electronic components by hand with precision under a microscope.
• Follow detailed assembly drawings and work instructions.
• IPC-A-610 knowledge is preferred; strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
