Job summary

KPS Global is the leading provider of insulated panel systems for custom walk-ins and controlled environments. The Assembler will assemble sub-assemblies, install components, and perform basic electrical wiring while adhering to quality and safety standards.

The role involves reading blueprints, handling hand and power tools, and maintaining 5S standards to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position material.

Responsibilities

• Assembling sub-assemblies and installing accessory components and materials.
• Wiring basic electrical connections per applicable diagram.
• Inspecting product to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Operating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools.
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available.
• Reading and interpreting job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select and position material and accessory components.
• Completing and maintaining all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding and shipping materials.
• Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
