Job summary

KPS Global is hiring an Assembler in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves assembling fabricated parts under supervision, following established procedures, and ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.

You will read diagrams, install components, and use hand tools as part of a team delivering units that meet customer requirements. Wiring basic electrical connections per applicable diagram, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining 5S housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select and position material and accessory components
• Completing and maintaining all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding and shipping materials
• Operating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available
• Assembling sub-assemblies and installing accessory components and materials; wiring basic electrical connections per applicable diagram
• Inspecting product to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
