Novo Precision LLC in Bristol, CT is seeking an assembler to join a team responsible for assembling products or components. The shift runs 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with flexibility for overtime.

You will rotate through production tasks, observe machine operations for defects, pack finished products, and maintain a clean workstation. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong desire to learn and improve.
• Must be very dependable and professional.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and team player.

Responsabilidades

• Select appropriate materials as required by each job specification.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
• Pack finished product and store them in designated areas.
• Clean workstation at the end of every shift.
