Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an entry-level to high-level assembler in Anoka, MN to build copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling systems. You will use hand and power tools, follow blueprints, and learn machine-building skills in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for the full shift and offers growth into lead and supervisory roles with comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, and health, vision, and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with tools in general labor, construction, production, or mechanical work.
• Exposure to production lines, packaging, or general labor environments.
• Willingness to learn brazing, grinding and fabrication skills.
• Comfort in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Willingness to rotate into other departments such as warehouse or fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints to assemble cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
• Learn and perform machine building under guidance and training.
• Follow production instructions and meet productivity and quality goals.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a production team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a large manufacturing environment.
• Support general production activities such as basic mechanical assembly, packaging, and handling materials.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use equipment and tools safely.
