Job summary

Gojob is hiring Electrical Assemblers for a multinational company in Fairfield, OH. You will work on bending conduit, pulling wire, and wiring tasks using power tools and torque wrenches, reading drawings, and adhering to electrical codes.

Shifts: 1st 5am-3:30pm at $20/hr; 2nd 3:30pm-2:00am at $22/hr. Requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to lift 50 lbs. OT and career growth opportunities noted.

Qualifications

• Experience with tape measures and reading drawings is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Bend conduit, pull wire, hang ladder rack and tie down cable.
• Use power tools to drill, tighten and cut accurately.

• Work solo or in a team to complete projects on time.

You should have experience in using a tape measure, conduit bending, hanging ladder racks or cable trays as well as cutting, stripping, and pulling wire and cable up to 4/0.

Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift Mon-Th 5am-3:30pm @ $20.00/hr
• 2nd Shift M-Th 3:30pm-2:00am @ $22.00/hr

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Bend conduit, pull wire, hang ladder rack and tie down cable
• Use power tools to correctly drill, tighten and cut
• Ability to read, set and use a torque wrench
• Works individually or as part of a team to successfully complete projects
• Follows safety procedures and adheres to electrical codes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient with tape measures
• Ability to cut, strip, and pull wire
• Experience hanging ladder racks and cable trays
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders
• Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and sitting for extended periods

Preferred Skills

• Industrial electrical experience (commercial experience accepted)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience installing industrial distribution panels and cabinets
• Familiarity with 3-phase power installation
• Understanding of wiring schematics and electrical diagrams
• Proficiency in using power hand tools
