We’re seeking several candidates to fill our many “Manufacturing Technician” positions. This flexible role will commonly perform routine tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and be highly organized and hard-working.

Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to use hand tools and power tools
  • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening or tightening using hand tools and/or power tools
  • Utilize manual and automated production equipment, various hydraulic or pneumatic tools
  • Must be able to read and comprehend production orders and diagrams
  • Inspect work completed on components to internal inspection criteria for compliance with quality or engineering requirements utilizing fixtures, precision measuring devices, and or testing protocols
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and fellow co-workers
  • Performs other manual-related tasks as assigned
  • Basic knowledge of math and ability to read tape measures
  • Sign-off on the process documentation for each of the work steps performed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Able to pass background and drug screening
  • Flexibility to work OT
