Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an assembler for a DIRECT HIRE position with no probationary period. You will assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and contribute to high-quality products from day one.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components following drawings and specifications.
• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators.
• Solder connections to industry standards.
• Adjust, fit, and align components to meet inspection standards.
• Utilize various hand and power tools as needed.

In this role, you will be a key team member, responsible for assembling critical components and contributing to the creation of high-quality products from day one. Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00PM-2:00AM
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00AM-6:00PM (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, following detailed drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators, adhering to established methods and procedures.
• Solder connections to industry standards, ensuring strong and reliable bonds.
• Adjust, fit, and align components to meet strict inspection standards.
• Utilize various hand and power tools as needed.

• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
