2nd Shift options available: Mon–Thu 3:30pm–2:00am or Mon–Fri 3:00pm–11:00pm; 3rd Shift Tue–Fri 8:30pm–7:00am. Weekly pay Friday and steady full‑time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand and move for the full shift.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 6 months of prior work history (any industry).
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team environment.
• Strong reliability and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow simple blueprints
• Assemble and fasten parts
• Sew components as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
• Use small tools and equipment
• Rotate between tasks throughout the shift
• Participate in team-based production activities
