Job summary

Rural King is seeking a hands-on assembler to prepare products across store locations. You will cross-train to assist in Maintenance, Shop, and Receiving while keeping a safe, clean environment for customers and associates. This is physical work that requires following directions and working independently.

Responsibilities include assembling grills, furniture, lawn gear, and other merchandise, plus operating basic office and retail equipment. Forklift/pallet jack use may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical abilities and be able to follow assembly instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with team.
• Capable of using in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit.
• Willing to participate in online onboarding and complete computer-based training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all types of products sold at store locations.
• Cross train to assist in Maintenance, Shop, Receiving, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean atmosphere and assist customers and coworkers.
• Follow directions and work independently.
