Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Assembler for the West Chester, PA facility for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm). You will perform repetitive line assembly, inspect components for correct fit, and read method sheets and blueprints to ensure quality products.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in manufacturing with blueprint reading, working in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1+ years of experience in Blueprint Reading.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line within the plant according to standard work.
• Read and apply method sheets, assembly diagrams and blueprints.
• Detect quality defects and unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
