Taco Comfort Solutions in Fall River, MA is seeking an Assembler B/Industrial Painter for the first shift. This on-site role involves assembling, loading, painting and testing items in the heat transfer product line, following drawings and lean manufacturing controls.

Responsibilities include using power tools, testing units, and maintaining quality records. The job emphasizes safety, 5S, and teamwork in a production environment; salary reflects experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift or move material weighing over 25 lbs. and up to 60 lbs.
• Aptitude to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and use drawings and specifications where some interpretation is required.
• Knowledge of basic math, including decimals and fractions.
• Experience using a variety of power tools and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Works from drawings, travel tickets, and lean manufacturing visual control boards.
• Uses power hand tools and lift tables.
• Assembles items in the heat transfer product line per specifications.
• Paints, packages, straps, assembles and palletizes finished goods.
• Tests completed units on hydrostatic testing equipment and reports issues.
• Operates material handling equipment as a certified forklift operator.
• Maintains records and a clean, organized work area while following 5S and safety rules.
