Assembler (ALTO Aviation) at Heads Up Technologies

Join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to precision in LED lighting production.

Key Details
  • Work Days and Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday (flexibility possible with supervisor)
  • Location: Addison, TX (full‑time onsite)
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and benefits package
  • Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Perform precise soldering of electronic components (LEDs, resistors, capacitors, etc.) onto PCBs to assemble LED lighting products
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams to ensure accurate placement of components
  • Inspect and test soldered connections to verify quality and integrity, making adjustments as needed
  • Operate equipment and tools safely, maintaining and calibrating them as required
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality control personnel to troubleshoot and resolve assembly‑related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and production data
  • Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in assembling electronic components, preferably in a manufacturing environment
