Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an assembler to produce components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires reading blueprints, templates, and instructions and ensuring correct fit and quality.

You will document actions, maintain tools and equipment, and support a safe, efficient production line. The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or equivalent, be detail-oriented, and able to work with power tools and measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; 1+ years preferred with controls/instrumentation.
• Manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment experience preferred.
• Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints and parts lists.
• Position parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
• Assemble components and verify connections for correct fit.
• Maintain equipment by following preventative maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Keep work area clean and safe, manage supplies and inventory as needed.

We look forward to hearing from you!**Position Summary:**Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.**Position Responsibilities:*** Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.* Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.* Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.* Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.* Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.* Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.* Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
