FOX Factory Holding Corp. in El Cajon, CA is seeking anAssembler-1 to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts and sub-assemblies using blueprints, verify fit and specification against drawings, and document production steps.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is not required, though 1+ years in manufacturing or with controls and instrumentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required; no experience required, 1+ years preferred with controls and instrumentation or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience using mechanical inspection tools and power tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

We look forward to hearing from you!**Position Summary:**Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.**Position Responsibilities:*** Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.* Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.* Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.* Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.* Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.* Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.* Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
