Assembler 3 - Indirect (Finance)

Responsibilities

1. Assemble product to specifications according to blueprints and drawings, BOMs, and work orders.
2. Mentor and train team members.
3. Master all assembly functions of the designated department.
4. Use of power and hand tools required.
5. Meet work standards as established by the department.
6. Monitor the quality of raw materials and the manufacturing process to ensure a quality product.
7. Meet production standards.
8. Read and interpret work orders.
9. Identify and inspect required components for assembly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• At least 12 months of related experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure.
• Physical ability to frequently bend, push/pull, reach, and lift periodically up to 75 pounds.
• Regularly lift up to 35 pounds.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
