Job summary

TCI, a Milwaukee area manufacturer now located in Germantown, WI, seeks hardworking individuals for 2nd shift assembly (2pm-10pm) to build units from detailed drawings.

Responsibilities include winding coils, assembling coils, welding and soldering in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have steady work history, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong math/measuring skills are required.

Job description

$1,500 hiring/retention bonus (Paid out in increments over the course of one year)

We are adding to our building and expanding staff. We are seeking hard working individuals for assembly positions on 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (OT may be required). This position manufactures units according to three-view drawings. Assembling products includes winding coils, assembling coils, welding, and soldering in a fast paced environment.
