Job summary

Armstrong International in Three Rivers, MI is seeking a 1010 Line Assembler to assemble, test, and evaluate stainless steel products according to specific instructions. The role requires maintaining an organized workstation and meeting production targets while ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and documentation.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with duties including keeping records, reporting issues, and staying attentive to safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills.

DescriptionThe 1010 Line Assembler position involves assembling, testing, and evaluating stainless steel products according to specified instructions. This role requires adherence to production targets and deadlines, maintaining an organized workstation, and ensuring the proper storage and maintenance of tools, parts, test equipment, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test stainless steel units, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and address any challenges that arise.
• Willingness to learn or train in the position.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina to stand, walk, lift, and adjust to the noise and lighting of the manufacturing environment.
• Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.

Key Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with assembly work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements
