Position Description

  • Be aware of safety, quality, and production standards of the team.
  • Learn skill sets including caulking, installation of unit parts/components, labeling, cleaning for audits, etc.
  • Use power tools such as grinders, screw guns, caulking guns, etc.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Bend down and reach up as needed.
  • Read tape measures accurately.
  • Work at heights using ladders or fall protection equipment.
  • Assist the team in decision making, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform duties related to the work cell operations.
  • Learn and perform all jobs within the team.
  • Commit to safety and demonstrate safety awareness.
  • Identify and resolve problems proactively.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Complete ongoing training as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn all required tasks.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of business processes.
  • Work effectively in various environments, including ladders, high places, and confined spaces.
  • Follow all work rules, policies, and safety procedures.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to identify routine problems and correct them.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Commitment to quality work.
  • Learn to operate all relevant equipment, including power tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.
