Job summary

ABB is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor/Assembler II in the United States to help the team meet production targets through precise assembly of products and panels, following defined procedures and quality checks.

You will read technical diagrams, assemble components, perform packing with production lines, and maintain a clean work area while upholding safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to SOPs to ensure consistent output.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED required.
• Technical Certification preferred.
• 0 years of Manufacturing/Warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of tools and measurement understanding (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.
• Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
