Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an assembler for the West Chester, PA site (1302 Goshen Pkwy, West Chester, PA 19380). This first shift role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm and requires performing repetitive line assembly, ensuring parts fit properly, and maintaining quality standards.

You will read method sheets, diagrams, and blueprints, operate power tools and measuring devices, and maintain tools and the work area while following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year blueprint reading experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components by line assembly per standard work.
• Read method sheets, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Detect defects and unsafe conditions.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Read prints to determine dimensions and materials.
