Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI, is seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler to join our team. You will participate in assembling outdoor power equipment, adhere to standard work, and contribute to daily production goals.

The role offers a starting pay of $20/hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Thursday schedule (4 days x 10 hours: 4:30AM–2:30PM or 4:45AM–2:45PM). This is a hands-on position that emphasizes teamwork and safety, with growth opportunities within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place.
• Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Capable of adhering to Standard Work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Desire for personal development and growth.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
