Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is assisting a Madison, WI client in finding a Full-Time Assembler to join the team on the 1st shift. You will operate production line machinery and computers, perform changeovers, and ensure product quality within specifications.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with time-and-a-half for overtime, weekly pay with direct deposit, day-one benefits, and access to free online courses to build your skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of operating equipment and machines.
• Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and/or computers.
• Troubleshoot production line machinery.
• Perform equipment change-overs.
• Responsible for quality control.
• Make adjustments, as necessary, to product within specifications.
• Reject product outside of specifications.

Compensation

• $17.50/hour starting pay
• Time-and-a-half for all hours worked beyond 40 in a week
