Job summary

AprilAire in Madison, WI is seeking a mechanically-minded individual to join our team as a Temporary, Full-Time 1st Shift Assembler at our Madison facility. You will help build and assemble products, contribute to quality, and learn multiple product lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work hours are 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, with second shift pay notes of $15.18/hr base plus incentives totaling roughly $19–$26+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Safety-conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Spotting issues as they arise in order to create a reliable product.

Responsibilities

Our Madisonfacility is hiring Temporary, Full-Time 1st Shift Assemblers.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm

Pay:

2nd Shift: $15.18/hr Base + Incentive Rate, totalling ~$19-26+ hourly

Your day will include:
