Job summary

KPS Global LLC in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Assembler to assemble fabricated parts under supervision, following established procedures to meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.

You will read blueprints, install components, use hand tools, perform basic electrical connections, and help maintain 5S housekeeping while supporting customer requirements. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with adherence to the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete all day.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and assist heavier loads.
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.
• Basic math and English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components; wire basic electrical connections per diagrams.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and conformance to customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools and pneumatic power tools.
• Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints; position materials accordingly.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and complete paperwork such as checklists and barcodes.

Job Summary

The Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated parts under general supervision in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. This role ensures KPS Global meets quality, safety, and productivity standards and satisfies customer requirements.

Major Responsibilities

• Performing duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and KPS Global Code of Conduct requirements
• Assembling sub-assemblies and installing accessory components and materials; wiring basic electrical connections per applicable diagram
• Inspecting product to conform to quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• Operating hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials and product utilizing lifting equipment when available
• Reading and interpreting job orders, diagrams, and/or blueprints to select and position material and accessory components
• Completing and maintaining all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding and shipping materials
• Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards

Required Experience

• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• 1 - 3 years of manufacturing or construction experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English
