Job summary

Philips assembly team in Ontario, California is seeking an Assembler 1 to set up and operate a production line, ensuring product quality and safety. No prior experience required, with opportunities to work in a highly regulated environment.

You will document daily activities, perform basic computer-based tasks, and communicate any issues to supervisors while maintaining a safe workspace. This is an onsite role with full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or higher
• Experience in manufacturing is not required but preferred in highly regulated environments
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the assembly machine following instructions
• Perform quality checks and discard or remanufacture defective units as needed
• Monitor production output and document results and anomalies
• Record daily production activities using basic computer tools and work instructions
• Follow safety, security, and environmental guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to identify and implement process improvements
