Position: Assembler I
Location: Carrollton, GA
Pay Rate: $18.62
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3 PM
Summary: Responsible for assembling parts to produce products.
Job Duties: Studies assembly instructions. Gathers and prepares parts and tools. Assembles components following instructions. Resolves assembly problems and notifies supervisors for additional sources. Maintains inventory levels and keeps equipment and tools in good condition.
Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a high school diploma, and 0 to 2 years of experience.
Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.
Competencies: Ability to understand and follow directions. Computer skills. Manual dexterity.
