SUMMARY

Assemble and inspect electronic PCBs boards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce quality products with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, soldering (lead and lead-free).
  • Followappropriate qualitypolicies and procedures.
  • Accurately record quantity using Factory Logix.
  • Perform work toappropriate efficiencyandutilizationstandards.
  • Practice andparticipatein Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change andidentifyingways to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Activelyparticipatein work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic,positiveand dependable team member.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
  • Provide input to problem solving process andpossessgood communicationskills.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to interpret and understand performance graphs and other data visualizations.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to assess product quality and ensure compliance with written documentation.
  • Capable of performing basic data entry transactions.
CERTIFICATIONS
  • Within one year of employment,mustpass the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.
  • Within one year of employment,mustachieve a passing score on the IPC-A-610 certification course (current revision).
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, based on their workstation. Employeeis occasionally required tostand and/or walk; Employee mustfrequentlyuse hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
