Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is hiring for an on-site material handler in California. The role involves processing, wrapping, scanning, and shipping materials while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

You will operate wrapping equipment and assist in loading materials onto wooden cradles, supporting team goals. The position requires basic computer and math skills, the ability to read a tape measure, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Weather stripping all material that is completed and ready to ship.
• Prepare material to run through wring wrapper.
• Ensure material is clean and free from defects.
• Scan and tag all material to be shipped.
• Run wring wrapper.
• Load material into wood cradles after retrieving from wring wrapper.
• Keep area neat, clean, and organized.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
