Job summary

Teledyne Storm Microwave in Woodridge, Illinois is seeking an assembler to contribute to precision RF solutions. You will perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly under supervision, solder and de-solder SMT and through-hole parts, and assemble connectors and housings. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to lift/move parts, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read drawings.

U.S. Person status required; MIL soldering certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to lift, move, and carry parts and boxes; mobility to move throughout the plant (required).
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity (required).
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings (required).
• Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required).
• Soldering experience or MIL Standard Soldering Certification (advantage).
• 1-2 years related assembly experience (advantage).
