Job summary

The Legacy Companies is hiring an Assembler to support on the production line in Waynesboro, GA. The role involves assembling plastic and metal components, wiring as needed, and preparing finished units for packaging and shipping.

You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate basic hand and pneumatic tools to meet order specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assembles plastic and metal components using hands, fingers, and pneumatic tools into a finished product.
• Connects electrical components as required depending on the configuration of the order.
• Installs accessories as needed, such as racks, doors, literature, etc. to fulfill the order requirements.
• Installs all packaging materials and places the finished unit into photo boxes and/or brown cardboard boxes.
• Places cardboard boxes on the taping machine and stacks on pallets.
• Uses a hand operated pallet jack to move the full pallet to the shipping area without damaging.

Position Overview

• Connects electrical components as required depending on the configuration of the order.
• Installs accessories as needed, such as racks, doors, literature, etc. to fulfill the order requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Physical Demands
