DuPont Spectrum is seeking an assembler to perform manual assembly of quality medical devices on the manufacturing line, adhering to procedures and safety requirements. The role requires attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination to ensure product quality and compliance.

The position involves standing on a manufacturing line, flex hours, and adherence to company safety policies. Training may be provided for area-specific certification, with opportunities to grow in a regulated medical

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Required

• High School diploma or its equivalent and passing basic skills test
• May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty
• Ability to problem solve identify errors, deviations from procedures, and defective parts.Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
• Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures.

Preferred

• Experience working in manufacturing

Working Conditions

Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Light physical activity with the majority of time spent standing and working on manufacturing line where protective clothing is required. Position requires flexible hours and ability to work around chemicals.
