Job summary

LSI Staffing is looking for a dedicated Assembler for a permanent fulltime position based in Tonkawa, OK. This role includes working on the first shift from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of metal assembly experience and the ability to handle various metal tasks such as bending and shearing. Starting wages range from $15 to $16 per hour, subject to increases.

Job Overview

The Assembler position is a permanent fulltime, first shift job.

Location/Region: Tonkawa, OK

Schedule & Pay

1st shift Temp-to-Hire. 6am-3pm, Monday‑Friday. 1 hour lunch from 11‑Noon.

Starting wages: $15‑16hr (depending on experience). Pay increases over time.

Requirements

• Must be able to provide own tools after being hired on.
• Must have 12 months of metal assembly experience and be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the knowledge to bend, fold, roll and shear metal.
• Must be able to read blueprints, read a tape measure, and take directions with minimum supervision.
