Job summary

Connectronics Corp in Toledo, OH is seeking an assembler to produce assembled electronic and cable assemblies and subassemblies. Follow production drawings and work instructions, or receive verbal directions to complete tasks.

The role requires reading blueprints, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and performing crimping, soldering, and other assembly operations with small hand tools. No prior experience is required; willingness to learn and dependable attendance are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is not required, but willing to train the right person.
• Visual acuity and able to distinguish colors.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Connectronics Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies has an opening in Toledo, OH for an assembler to produce assembled electronic and cable assemblies and subassemblies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow production drawings and work instructions, and/or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Assemble smart electronic components and cable assembles using small hand tools.
• Crimp, solder, cement, press or similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
• Perform assembly tasks such as encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stripping, and/or stamping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
