Job summary

Connectronics Corp. in Toledo, OH, is seeking an assembler to produce assembled electronic and cable assemblies and subassemblies. You will follow production drawings, use hand tools, and perform crimping, soldering, cementing, pressing and related tasks.

No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn is expected. The role offers training in a clean, safety‑minded environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is not required, but willing to train the right person.
• Visual acuity and able to distinguish colors.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong manual dexterity and gripping with both hands.
• Attention to detail, well organized, and consistent.
• Sustained dependable attendance.
• Interested in learning tasks and jobs.
• Open to changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
