NewStream Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Power Unit Assembler in Springfield, MO to perform routine and non-routine production duties for light assembly projects. You will ensure throughput and quality, following standard work instructions and Open-Book Management principles.

The role supports in-house and off-site education, and aligns with the company’s ESOP and 401(k) benefits. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with full-time hours and reliable scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble components using various tools
• Create usable finished product which meets specification within the standard time allowed following all prescribed work instructions
• Report defective materials, equipment, or questionable conditions to the supervisor/manager to identify and correct the root cause
• Perform set-up of tools and work station with parts
• Final inspection of finished product
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Support in-house and off-site education
• Accomplishment of scheduled work within established times
• Follow engineering and quality requirements

What you will do:

The Power Unit Assembler performs routine and non-routine production duties for light assembly projects. The assembler is responsible for the throughput and quality of the product which is measured to a standard. Actively participates in and supports the principles of Open-Book Management.
