Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to supervise a 15-20 person line. You will ensure safe operations and coach staff to follow established procedures on the shop floor.

You will oversee training and cross-training, monitor performance, and contribute to meeting the production schedule while reporting variances and driving improvements on a daily basis.
