Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Stacking Assembler to build and test electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies for aerospace and defense applications. You will solder, assemble, read diagrams, and follow detailed work instructions in a hands-on role. Responsibilities include wiring, inspecting parts, and reworking defective units while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Requires basic soldering skills, manual dexterity, and reading technical drawings. U.S.

Qualifications

  • Must have manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
  • Basic soldering skills and willingness to learn advanced techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components such as power supplies, modules, cable harnesses, and PC boards.
  • Solder and de-solder through-hole and surface mount components using soldering iron and hot air techniques.
  • Install and remove discrete components like resistors, capacitors, and transistors on printed circuit assemblies.
  • Follow production drawings, schematics, and work instructions to complete assemblies.
  • Use hand tools and small power tools for component placement and wiring.
  • Inspect parts and perform basic tests to ensure quality standards.
  • Rework and repair defective units as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.

What you’ll do

Salary Range:

$34,300.00-$45,700.000
