Job summary

Crane Company is seeking an assembler to join our manufacturing team in Piqua, Ohio. The role involves assembling parts at workstations, conducting tests on pumps and accessories, and repairing units as needed to meet specifications.

You will use hand and air tools, work with other team members, and ensure a clean, safe production area. A high school diploma or GED and ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per prints, work instructions, and on the job training.
• Use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products.
• Performs electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and assembled product.
• Assists on paint line as needed.
• Completes KPIs for performance measurement.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Assemble parts per prints, work instructions, and on the job training.
• Use basic hand tools and air tools to assemble products.
• Performs specified electrical and performance tests on subassemblies and assembled product.
• Assists on paint line as needed.
• Completes key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
• Ability to work with other people in a team environment.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Other duties as signed
