• Assembler I: Follows established procedures and guidelines
• Assembler II: Reviews product specifications/blueprints, monitors quality, suggests process improvements, maintains productivity
• Assembler III: Works from instructions and diagrams, monitors quality, provides training and process improvements, maintains productivity

Minimum Qualifications:

• Assembler I: Little to no experience, ability to use tools, read/write, perform tasks
• Assembler II: Two years experience, operate machine tools, read technical drawings, dependable, team-oriented, mechanical aptitude
• Assembler III: Five years experience, strong communication, recognize quality issues, advanced skills

Salary Range: Competitive salary + benefits, incentives

• Assembler I: $15/hr
• Assembler II: $17.15/hr
• Assembler III: $18.40/hr
