Job summary

Ranew's Companies in Olathe, KS is seeking experienced assemblers to join our team on the 1st shift. Assemblers will follow customer specifications, working under supervision and using hydraulic wrenches and torque wrenches to assemble finished products.

Location is Olathe, KS; starting pay is $22–$25 per hour based on experience. Benefits include a performance bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K. Full-time 1st shift position with bonuses for quality work.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling finished products according to specifications.
• Experience using hydraulic wrenches and torque wrenches.
• Ability to maintain clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.
• Completes work area set up.
• Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and quality standards.
• Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process.
• Stacks completed products, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.
• Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized; equipment is safe to operate.
• Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports problems.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Maintains production records as required.
• Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards.

Job Description

Assemblers are responsible for assembling finished products according to the customer specifications. Assemblers work under immediate supervision and rely on specific direction and instructions. Assemblers will be working with basic tools like hydraulic wrenches and torque wrenches. Please do not apply if you do not have experience working with these tools.

Shift: 1st

Salary: $22 - $25 /hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
